I was heartened by the references to scalability and modularity in the statement. In my mind, the revised PFS should identify a development pathway that supports an early start with minimum funding requirements, moving towards larger scale operations through self-funded growth.

The trick will be in against balancing a proposition that can be reasonably financed versus getting to market and securing share. But this announcement helps set the framing around a step-by-step build. I also liked the references to a broader product spread.
