Argyle is owned by Rio. I dont follow the happenings there lately but i think the U/G ops are still just ticking over, and possibly remining of sections of the tails dam are also still just ticking over. The pinks use to be thought of as worthless, lol, go figure, so they wasted them and have been slowly recovering them from the tails dam.
No there is no rail from there, the diamonds are flown out.
Mate im not even sure if Wyndham has rail to port at all. Its predominantly a cattle port,, i think.
