Thank you for your in-depth analysis. I'm sure it would be too much to ask to back up your statements with facts/evidence?
Nursing your losses in AVL so you've come to other threads to spread your bitterness?
Perhaps you can start by reading below: Sulfuric AcidEnvironmentalProfile demonstrating how a modern day acid plant is completely clean
http://www.kennecott.com/library/media/Sulfuric%20Acid%20Environmental%20Profile%202006.pdf
Sulphuric acid production is a net producer of energy. Heat evolved in the process is used to turn water into steam which is used to generate electricity. No carbon dioxide is formed as fossil fuel is not used.
As for the cost, it is significantly less expensive relative to other plants, whilst offering scalability. Early test work is also indicating even lower operating costs. All of this whilst offering the potential for high v/ti/fe recoveries and potential for further credits with HPA/magnesium. All of this screams upside to me? You've clearly not done your homework.
The only downside is that management hadn't begun work on this route sooner, although exploring the more traditional processes was in my eyes worth the deliberation.
Our PFS should detail an IRR at least double that of our V peers whilst offering exposure to other strategic metals, and not relying solely on a highly volatile commodity.
Take a look at our low-grade brother in TNG and the strides they are making. KRR are taking an improved offering to the market, and plan to capitalise on our A-class orebody, nearby infrastructure, and huge mine-life.
Unfortunately on my mobile device I can read posts from people I've blocked (i.e. you), which is a shame because I'd rather not get into discussions with disingenuous people such as yourself who bring nothing to the table but baseless downramps.
