There isn't a lot they can say publicly at the moment. I would have thought they would receive strong interest to finance and it's worthwhile looking at how PLS went about it with the Burnvoir and the Chairman being common to both. Nordic bond for USD$100m trumped the banks plus a few different pre-pays from offtakers. Could easily replicate that with VXR.
