    How is deferring off-take rights a ‘strong show of support’? Strong show of support would have been pre-payment or JV to develop the mine won’t it?

    EPA was supposed to be signed off end of this month. Now they are saying responding in April? So expect hearing back in July?

    New project manager means more overhead.

    I don’t know, but it doesn’t look too good to me.
