i posted this on the EKA thread
there is no doubt that EKA would be a good fit for AUT but IMO EKA need AUT a lot more than AUT need EKA & if they can't come to terms EKA could be left in the dark , there is also AWE?i also agree with nursery at about 4 to 4.5 EKA to 1 AUT would be about right for a deal & would be surprised to see AUT do a cash bid.
