for what it's worth i got an update today & this is my take on it.
hilcorp will finish the farm in agreement first (6 wells on sugarloaf AMI,3 wells on aut longhorn,1 well on aut ipanema & 3 wells on tcei acres) before any more wells will be drilled at sugarloaf AMI, the way hilcorp are going, it could be before the end of the year.

the horizontal wells hilcorp are drilling are at the bottom of the chalks & top of the shale, when these wells are fractured they are targeting both zones(top of the chalks to bottom of the shale) that are very similar in make up( almost treating it as one zone).
the feeling i get is very upbeat especially with the way morgan was drilled to 5000' & the time it took was very very quick, hilcorp are not mucking around & know what their doing.

imo there is a lot to look forward to.
