I am confident in ip and lh becasue TCEI have good knowledge and would never have agreed to a frac well if they where not extremely confident of coming up trumps. They already had access to the AMI with possible 200+ wells, so why bother with lh and ip unless you are extremely confident.

They wanted to secure it because they know its good.
