Bucky if you expected or have been told that the Zolpi deals could attract 1 mill up front payments you have been misslead.

Remember there is no patent protection for Zolpi so money will be paid on performance/sales and double digit royalties is pretty impressive would you not say. 

So the money on these deals arrives at the back end and not the other way round.

I do though get your idea that the upfront is dissapointing even for Zolpi - but I think its probably time you considered choco's advice and look forward rather than repeating the past.  I say this because whether you like it or not SC is not leaving the building anytime soon unless he decides to go and given you clearly have no faith in him its probably time to reassess your stratergy because continually attacking him is not doing you or any other shareholder any favours.

I have said it before - contact the Company - once a year is not enough, you now have David Phillips ( who I know you also seem to have issues with) talk to him and ask why to all your questions and then maybe you can re-post some answers on here instead of barbs.
