Now I see the tack - just keep saying wait until then and so on. The deals been done so shouldnt the so called development money start to flow. The big talkers who claim that they have been told information which can not be released to the market are the same one who have claimed they have been told a lot over the phone none of which has come to be.

IMO SC wouldnt be so foolish as to state something like that - so I just dont believe he did say it
