Yes if smaller deals and partnerships keep coming then a big investor can make a difference.  If one believes then hold and put in the draw.  Perhaps its worth more than 15Mil MC right now, that's how investing works - you see something undervalued and so you hold it until the market catches up or the potential is realised.  But the market will not reflect that until there is enough steam to get it going.  Good luck to all holders
