    Nowhere in the original announcement does it refer to $170k/month retainer. That is $2Mp.a+ in fees, yet no mention at all in their terms of the agreement ?

    Why would they propose to pay $400k upfront and $600k on milestones around a clinical study, but be happy to pay $680K per quarter in fees to SUD irrespective of performance ?

    It makes no sense and I very much doubt SUD net $170K per month from Strides

    Correct me if I’m wrong, but you are claiming that between Strides and this deal, SUD net $270k per month in fees, or $3.2Mp.a ?
