hmm this is interesting, by limiting the amount raised they were able to obtain a better price and minimise dilution.
The question that comes to mind is why did they only raise $1m? the only reason I can think of is they must have something in the pipeline because they are going to look pretty foolish if they need to raise capital again in the near future.
any other thoughts?
