Corporate tendency is to raise capital via institutional and sophisticated investors (as they know which side their bread is mainly buttered). They also are aware that 'retail' investors do, naturally, feel 'left out', hence "if" conditions permit, retail offerings subsequently ensue (but not always the case).

MNF 'should' be able to now be even more equipped to keep striving in the right direction in which it has trended over the past few years.
