Shady, I'm not sure I can agree with you on most except the issue for loyalty options. I only read quickly. I didn't see that they're issued at zero cost. Imho MF does not need to be in the mix for the bidding of RNI. If He didn't have enough influence prior he does now. He can thwart or agree to whatever outcome he chooses. Simple.
Exercising doilgunna doesn't mean it can't be sold or JV'd.
Anyway I think we're in for a trying time but hope I'm wrong. MF will test SH patience now he has big holding.
