If you think of a pie chart made out of a Mercedes bonnet badge , it will have 3 equal sized segments and almost one whole segment has just been sold to spivs and directors at a 40% discount .

If that doesn't worry you then contemplate this . Before Alvares operations start the spivs will flip their shares for a quick no risk profit and they could end up in the hands of predators enabling them to stage a lowball takeover .

Surely you don't need me to explain the notion of market capitalization? Let them sell each and every share for all I care. What matters is the price people are prepared to pay if the well flows.
