IMO it is no coincidence that they raised now, at whatever price to get the cash for their share of the costs asap. sgc indicated recently that is going to happen this 1/4, and approvals are in place. As mentioned, if it flows, nobody is going to give a rat's a about $1m worth of shares added, as the volumes traded will be many multiples of that daily.
