Correct on both counts Jaluma..imo.
The NZ Test market,,, was 'tested' 3-5 years ago....always good to have an Oz Owned NZ bank onboard, as is scalable thru Oz... but still the growth phase is worldwide US,EU,Asia now... Xero never 'cracked' the US... but has done pretty well elsewhere.. imo
