so are you or arent you comparing GPP with the other one you were a RM for, and I take it by your continued insistence of this just being another general meeting of no importance, please explain why you believe a hostile overthrow of a board of directors would not have an ASX listed company placed in a TH, just because the other company didnt go straight into one doesnt mean this one wont and if you really read what I wrote you will see it says "my impression" and "IMO", I am not stating facts I am suggesting that this course of action that is being taken by the RMs if successful will be a long drawn out affair that can lead to a long suspension whilst all the areas of concern are dealt with, can you guarantee it wont be, are you saying that it will not be placed in a TH and or suspension, please explain what you believe will happen if the 249D is served, instead of playing the man play the ball for a bit and explain what your reasons are for this action and what you believe the outcome will be perhaps a timeframe that can be looked at as well,cheers and of course all of this is IMO
