so please correct me if I am misreading what you are saying here, you believe if the 249D is served on GPP the one where you are trying to overthrow the current board of directors, does NOT require a TH, are you serious, it is not just a meeting, it is a very serious state of affairs you dont think its price sensitive, really, now you are saying if I am reading this correctly that you believe all the financials and announcements are correct, I am really confused now, why would you want a hostile take over of the board if you dont have concerns, so a change of board is going to put lithium in the ground or what is it your trying to say when you refer to there bumbling ways, this is where I have reservations, you have been through this type of affairs before and can you amuse me with the length of time that the other stock was held in suspension, you do know what a 249D is dont you, and you dont believe it is price sensitive, that is unbelievable, this stock cannot and should not be allowed to trade whilst a hostile board takeover is in place,
