Hi non, hindsight is a wonderful thing, Monash is a world class enterprise that reported what the results were, who amongst us were smarter than them, its ok saying its impossible to achieve the figures but explain why and how, if natandsal had access to the liquor and trialled it themselves then ok but they didnt, and I will concede they were correct, however they had nothing to support there information so in the eyes of many they were DR, you cant come in and say thats impossible and expect everyone to believe you, first you must prove it to be wrong they didnt, Monash provided results after extensive tests that indicated the results were factual, and actually I have never threatened to sue any one over comments made in here I dont need to use the search function for that, as I DYOR I had enough red flags show up to tell me to bail, I dont rely on what others tell me is right or wrong and I invest based on what I find, unfortunately at the start everything was showing green not only for me but many others including yourself and fooca, things changed and I went from being a believer to a non believer based on my research, I bailed and gave my reasons, I was called a few things back then and unfortunately still are, but I have broad shoulders, this is not a time to reflect on who was right or wrong as so many feel the need to do, its a time where everyone should unite and find a way out of the mess, any way I am going to leave this thread alone I think there is enough angst in here and leave it with this one last thought, if the 249D is served it is every share holders right to cast there vote, if anyone does not or cannot be bothered then dont whinge if the results go against what you wanted to happen, you will have one chance at ensuring an outcome dont blow it,GLTAH
