If you really think that CHM directors and the large shareholders are doing all this work for Paul Lindholm and his investors you need your head read.
I am sure he will get his pound of flesh but the directors and lareg stakeholders need a result that will drive value into the share price.
We had the vegetable Pumpkin who apparently had read the charge placed by Lindholm and had all sorts of conspiracy theories about who was the funder.
He was going to expand on that wonderful theory but we are still waiting.
Mikeoh there was only one company that went to court and laid out a case and had its witnesses climb into the box and be prepared to be cross examined.
5 key witnesses for MMX declined to take the stand and the spin doctors for MMX are trying to say that was a good thing.
Like Glyna likes to say prove MMX didnt use CHM as the milch cow to acquire the IO assets.
