A year or so ago a couple of posters posted on AUZ on what I saw as important matters eg start of drilling, where things were up to etc which was not in the public domain. They said that they got it from Ben Bell the CEO. Now, sometimes information like that is important to traders, so I thought that what BB was doing was providing selective disclosure that could be used for personal benefit. Now it wasn't 'material' or price-sensitive as such, but imo it potentially advantaged those 2 posters.

I posted my thoughts and got howled down, not unexpectedly though.

It's still my view that what he did was wrong at law.

The other side of the coin is that posted reporting like that can mislead, either as being innocently inaccurate or the communication with HQ never happened (mischievous and deceptive). I'm always wary of reporting posts.
