Whether retail holders get their $15k worth or a scaled back is up to the management. In the Chairman's letter it refers to the fact that AHG may take into account the size of an applicant's shareholding which seems outrageous to me. Why should small retail holders be penalised? My family for example have held this stock for many years. On that wording it would seem that long term retail holders will be scaled back whilst short term traders will be rewarded with their full $15k so long as they happen to be holding a large parcel at the time or were lucky enough to be clients of the broker to the placement! A better approach would be what TGG did recently in relation to allocating the Additional Shares in their rights issue, which rewarded longer term holders Sentiment should be 'ANGRY' but that doesn't appear in the list of options.
