... but it doesn't Ocker (the allocation should be commensurate with your % ownership) - for a start they "gift" a huge number of cheap shares to their "mates" in the instos, to the Directors, to "sophisticated investors" on no basis other than it's easy and they've plenty of cash, no requirement to already be a holder!
Then they turnaround and give a miniscule $15K worth to existing shareholders, with the proviso they'll cut that back if it is oversubscribed above the $10M allocation!
Obviously it will be, you don't knock back a 50c a share gift, but it is annoying that rather than get a 4298 shares x 50c stag profit you'll probably instead get a 1433 x 50c stag profit, and they'll also have your spare cash sitting in their bank earning interest for a couple of weeks before returning it to you with no interest!
Bloody typical, done all the time, smaller retail holders get screwed and the rich get richer.
