Yeah I'm new to the forum - thanks for the welcome . To me it definitely pays to do your DD/research both when purchasing a product or investing in shares of a company. I'm very surprised that 'fatboy99' has had such a good experience with V3 as it is extremely buggy - I have spoken to dozens of H&S managers that share my opinion - Vault has a horrible reputation in the market. fatboy99 would you be open to sharing the organisation you work for?
If I were an astute investor looking to invest/ or if I was an existing shareholder of VLT I would probably not react defensively when someone knowledgeable in the market makes observations and comments about their experiences. There is no point in having rose tinted glasses. In my view it would be prudent to be open-minded and perhaps open to the fact that maybe I might have some points that are relevant - consider it a data point in your decision making process. I welcome you to speak to any existing Vault clients and I'd be surprised if many share Fatboy99 view. A quick Google search has yielded this: https://www.capterra.com/p/167720/Vault/
Everyone is welcome to their own opinion: mine is that VLT shares are overvalued, the company is mismanaged, the customers are unhappy and leaving due to a poor, outdated product with bad customer service.
