Interesting view. My company uses Vault and with the addition of the apps it has made a huge difference to how we manage our safety. It has been in place for a long time we are using V3. The chairman of the board also sits on 3 other boards and 2 of those companies also use Vault.

Any system is only as good as how it is used. If your team is committed then the Vault provides everything a company could every require. I am constantly asked to review other systems as I am the National HSE manager and to date I have not found one that compares.
