If this basket case (sorry- was once a believer- will take a lot to now change my mind) does not soon get some 'mojo', for want of a better word, then and future CR could be a rather dismal result. That's IMHO of course.

I do not think many S/holders would take up shares  just for some form/type  of tax relief..

I agree and have now said for some time ......let's drill the cobalt area..
