Very interesting rocket, thanks for that.

I was aware of these applications from reading some of your previous informative posts.

as per the Annual Report:
" The Government of Rajasthan (GOR) has provided a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to be signed in
“Resurgent Rajasthan” being held on 19‐20 November, 2015 at Jaipur. CMPL has given its consent to sign the proposed MOU and submit the final copy to GOR. "

Based on this, it reads as though the MOU is ready from the Governments' end.
