Aravalli, all the information you've provided is interesting but it doesn't lead to IRL obtaining the MOU, LOI or ML for the Aravalli lead/zinc project.
The HZL Revision Applications  are just setting the scene for a drawn out scenario that will take years or decades to sort out.
Once one Revision Application is heard and dealt with, HZL just files another Revision Application and this has been going on for many years already.
These two latest Revision Applications that appear on the Revision Application list dated 3rd December 2015, are just a delaying tactic which will further extend the MOU for IRL.

The ML of 416.22 Hectare was already set for hearing in April 2015  (web search in May 2015)


The PL of 216.675 Hectare was set for hearing in April 2015 also and later shows processing from the Ministry of Mines.

Both the ML and PL are again on the Revision Application table.
You'd have to be an extremely optimistic person to think that IRL will get the Aravalli MOU anytime soon.
Whatever happened to the statement that appeared in the 2015 Annual Report????
