Almost always, has happened, can happen, and will happen again. Given the huge amount of shares to be issued it could go back to 2.9c  That's what I was saying about the directors buying at 3c. Any drop backwards will wipe massive amount from the value of their  shares.  So they could alleviate this by acting swiftly and commence construction activities, equipment ordering etc, and making the appropriate announcements. They  have $12.5 million right away to get busy with. Hartleys have organised the CR to the Sophisticated investors already.  Tranche 2 settlement date is 18th December (giving the directors time to come up with the money) and another $12.5 million goes into the works.

Sometime between 30 November and 7 December the SPP is settled, and that's another $3 million.

The financiers for the rest of the debt required could read all that as a sign of confidence and may already be making the final arrangements to release the money.  Really it is all going to happen in the next 2 months of November, December.
