Probably already covered in the announcement about the successful placement. Like I said, placed at 3c open right away at 2.9c.

Some pain before the construction starts, and until the directors tranche meeting on 14 December.  Price has to stay down until then so it doesn't look as if they are getting them cheap. Then they would make a huge windfall profit overnight.   However same applies to us, yes you can get them cheaper on market, but maybe not in the quantity you wish for. (If you've got the money)  Up to $15,000 worth.  I'm a bit worried about the dilution all these new shares will cause.  The  forthcoming consolidation might sort  that a bit.  2 things coming to fix the SP are: 1 Bank loans, this year. 2 Construction, late this year. (between Xmas and New Years day) ha-ha.
