I wouldn't be too concerned with the price weakness over the last couple of days - I expect it's driven by existing holders selling shares secure in the knowledge they can buy them back in the Rights issue at $0.24 (one thirteenth of total holdings). I expect this selling will peter out in due course. The game changer will be an increased offer from SFR or an offer from another interested acquirer - fingers crossed!

Spot on. Looks like MTR have done just that. In brighter news - Australian Super looks to have participated in the placement and up’d position to ~10%
