Has anyone contacted the ASA about Gohgate and compliance issues? Is anyone else here a member of ASA? And if so have you had any support or any assistance at all in dealing with unanswered governance issues with this or any other company?
If I calculate it correctly Mr Goh originally agreed to pay about 10 cents a share. I seem to recall that someone here posted that the problem would resolve when the SP reaches 15 cents or thereabouts. I note by which time in addition to everything else FactorX has outlined he would have a book profit of > $500K if my calculations are correct.
