If Taurus was to reach 90% it’s not a compulsory takeover.
At 90% Taurus need to jump through many hoops to even try to get our shares and rest assured they will be forced to pay a lot more than $1.35
The independent report is rubbish, it needs to come back trading for fair value to be determined which imo would be $3 plus if trading now.
