If this is true then we are screwed. Would of thought this was illegal. But how would we know if someone excepted then an extra under the counter transaction was to occur.

In complete agreement however as this is bullsh1t. You don't go from no one accepting to large share holdings accepting the same offer just as it is nearing the end, and without seeing the independent report and against the non affliliated directors advice.

This reeks of dodgy shenanigans and asic need to look into this, just more seemingly criminal activity.

The cancelling employment shares wouldn't of made the percentage of this number.
