Great news, they're a vulture fund and they were feeding on us, the shareholders. Being rid of them is a major step in the right direction. Maybe the 3 Amigo's rants helped them move on, so thanks!
SP has been under pressure with these guys getting out and the UW's dumping their stock. This is the price for having no debt, pressure on the SP, but that should start to abate now.
I have to say the current opportunity to buy the OA's for .2c has got to be one of the opportunities of the year.
