I don't think the board are in any rush at the moment to secure the services of another CEO at the moment, better things to be spending our cash on , like drilling Pickles and Seymour. I feel happy enough with Neil and Peter and the rest of the board , I think there is more than enough talent there to get things done.

Regarding the lithium bull run, I think that the tide will turn soon enough, the following was take from an Article yesterday.

Norway’s trillion-dollar sovereign wealth fund, is set to phase out oil and gas companies from its benchmark index and sell their shares, the government has announced, citing potential financial risks.“The objective is to reduce the vulnerability of our common wealth to a permanent oil price decline,” the Finance Ministry said, announcing the decision on Friday.

There is simply too much momentum behind the new transport revolution to stop it now. Even the Saudi's are getting worried, all the major car brands can see it and are making the switch. Lithium 2.0 will be upon us soon enough.
