    Some how I find this all a little disturbing

    Our management team meet with Talley's weekly to discuss operational aspects of their partnership; or at least this is what I was told at the agm by RT

    I struggle to reconcile this with the "We have become aware" statement of yesterday

    and finally isn't it Talleys obligation to disclose.

    I'm not sure this is so "happy family"
