IMO the money would have been spent by now keeping the shell going. Bergen will most likely just write it off.
I had hoped that they would have been able to negotiate some kind of deal to keep things going at the same level as before the big announcement (AT& T). Now this Bankruptcy has been filed in US against US subsidiary things look fairly bleak. I have held since URAMET days and will finally be able to put this to bed. Sorry for your misfortune.
