Neither XST or REL have much cash .
They both have very disillusioned share holders who would be reluctant to put up new equity .
The assets they own are high risk and either non revenue producing or not yet cash flow positive .
If they can raise loan funds I would be surprised .
Where is the money coming from to buy these new acquisitions ?
Imho the recovery from the legal action is the only hope for the SP .
If it fails then legal action against the finance arrangers should be considered .
I wish I could understand better what went on with the investors .
It just does not seem to make any sense at all .
