A perfect storm.
“A perfect storm is an expression that describes an event where a rare combination of circumstances will aggravate a situation drastically. The term is also used to describe an actual phenomenon that happens to occur in such a confluence, resulting in an event of unusual magnitude”.

Folks I do strongly believe that XST is on the cusp of creating its own perfect storm.
Firstly we have funds for the Sansinena oil field having been remitted which will mean that the purchase can be closed off shortly. XST will be a 24.5% owner of a world class oil field.
And secondly we have Sacgasco (SGC) advising that the 1TCF Dempsey Gas project is scheduled to be drilled in April/May 2017. For those of you unsure of the size of 1TCF it is equivalent to approximately 178 million barrels of oil. XST has a 10% interest in this project which sits in a currently producing gas unit with production infrastructure.
As per the definition the perfect storm will aggravate the situation drastically for XST which will result in a share price moving violently upwards.
As usual IMO, DYOR and GLTAH’s
