imho, as far as xst is concerned, Tanzil Hidayat, Chloe Kowk Yun Qing, Hong Hung Thiam and Kevin Lim Gunawan imho have caused massive losses to the shareholders of xst.. and should be held to account for that. they have never said they would not pay nor ever disputed their liability to xstate, so i wonder what their affidavits in support of their defence will contain
