I think XST has always done everything they could.
Not just with the court proceedings, but the resource projects.

I remain bullish on the outcome of Dempsey/Alvarez.
But l don't have a lot of faith in the legal system and not sure we ever get a satisfactory outcome to the seeking of damages.
Hopefully lm wrong and the Sanston 4 pay up something.
They are like that mate that always promises to get the next round. But never does.
