its harder to get things by a judge at a directions hearing, as apposed to a registrar at a directions hearing. So i gather its going to be a compelling argument thats about to be presented by the sanston 4 with supporting sworn affidavits.
you can certainly present a compelling argument and records of the sanston 4 delaying processes.. thats essentially what our case is all about.. purely a ruling on the binding agreement and damages resulting from delays - with promises to meet their obligations throughout from the santon 4.. and no objections to anything relating to the agreement ever..
court processes have to be allowed, and equally good argument on delaying processes have the right to be aired.
