Not really unexpected news. I have no law diploma, so take it with a grain of salt. But from "on-shore" experience of my own. Legal proceedings should just continue till judgment is made by the court. May even quicken things up a little. Wether the off-shore dilemma will be like p%ssing in the wind. Who knows.. but there will be a ruling and more than likely some kind of default to the investors. What happens after.. no idea. Just got to keep moving with this in the back ground. They a big fish to fry but I think XST will dig their heels in and follow it through. Bigger and better things on the horizon.
