For those that are very negative and continue to highlight the effect that convertible notes have on a SP,,,well done


Yes, they do cause a SP collapse until the company can get rid of the convertible notes and then the SP will have further downward pressure until the cheap shares are sold on market..This is a FACT I agree BUT most on here will also realize than SEVERAL small caps use this source of finance when they cannot get funding elsewhere...

I have followed several companies that were slammed BUT they also recovered well afterwards. Rather convertible notes than go into liquidation IMO...
