That's where the lawyers earn their money Rhys. There would be clauses and conditions in the funding deal to cover all the eventualities and contingencies that might possibly occur in MOD's position. The devil's in the detail and it's a nice problem to have.
On that note, it's good to see that Aeris Resources have made an offer of US$575m for Glencore's CSA copper mine in Cobar NSW.
The Cobar mine produces approx 50kt Cu pa. So if T3 achieves the Expansion Case of 28kt pa, then add on all other UG and satellite deposits plus ongoing exploration, that should give MOD a healthy price tag.
