Seems that's what most of them are doing. Delay, delay ,delay.
More value in holding off for a while, but there is so much to look at along 40km, that i'm sure we will get our first price busting ann shortly and then a lot more methodical looking, more price busting, more looking etc.
Thats how i see it for now anyway.
