I'm suspicious on this one. This announcement was positive enough for them to inform us that 24 was a duster, and being a shot in the dark so to speak, announcing such wouldn't have been so bad. The complete absence of any mention of it is quite telling in my opinion.

Also somewhat foretelling is the vague-ish timeline of the new target to be started within the next week - what are they doing at the moment?

This looks like a classic sleight of hand move - the announcement I like - but I want to know what they're not telling us. Feels like a time buying announcement that just so happens to also be good news.

Wild speculation I know, but until they release information saying otherwise...
